Since you will be taking the national highway, you need not worry about the traffic. It will take four and a half hours or a little more than that to reach Jodhpur. Once you reach Jodhpur, you will be taken to a pre-booked hotel where you would be checked-in immediately. The rest of the day is free. You can take up photography tour or small sightseeing or shopping around the hotel area, if desired. Alternatively, you can stay back in the hotel room and relax.
